In the way to do it, we are looking for a qualified law firm with experienced lawyers to assist us with contractual documents in compliance with laws, regulations.

Partnership Bidding Information
Cambodia Angkor Air is pleased to announce that we are looking for a Partnership to produce the bi-monthly in-flight magazine which will serve as a key touchpoint for our passengers to enhance their flight experience and enjoy their flight with Cambodia Angkor Air, by offering high-quality design and pictures, engaging and interesting contents.
In this connection, we would like to invite qualified and experienced companies to bid for a Partnership with Cambodia Angkor Air with the principle of Cost & Profit Sharing. We are looking for a partner with the capability of managing the magazine’s design, content creation, production, and distribution. The selected partner will also bear the cost of production, either fully or partially, and share advertising revenue in collaboration with Cambodia Angkor Air.
Scope of Partnership:
1. Magazine Production & Content The in-flight magazine will be published every two months, with a print ideally run of 3,000 copies per issue. The magazine should reflect the airline’s brand values and cater to a diverse audience, primarily using English, with select sections in Khmer and Chinese. The partner is responsible for providing high-quality design, writing, and content that aligns with the interests of our passengers, including articles, photography, and advertising space.
2. Cost & Profit Sharing We are seeking the bid proposals with two possible cost-sharing models:
o Full Cost Sharing: The partner bears 100% of the production costs.
o Partial Cost Sharing: The partner covers 50% of the production costs, with the remainder shared through profit-sharing from advertising revenue.
3. Partnership Duration The duration of the partnership should be clearly stated in the proposal, with a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years. Longer-term commitments will be considered favorably, based on performance and mutual agreement.
4. Design and Materials Bidders are required to submit a detailed proposal outlining the design concept, material choices, and content strategy. Proposals should reflect creativity, innovation, and a commitment to quality. We expect the magazine to be visually appealing, durable, and aligned with the airline’s brand identity.
Application Requirements:
Interested bidding companies are requested to submit the following documents for consideration:
1. Company Profile:
o A detailed overview of the company, including its history, mission, and relevant experience.
o Legal certificates and licenses demonstrating the company’s ability to operate within Cambodia.
o Previous experience in magazine production or similar projects.
2. Proposal for Magazine Concept:
o Detailed concept of the magazine, including themes, layout, and sample content ideas.
o Visual examples or mock-ups of the design and proposed materials.
o Suggested content strategy, including articles, photography, and advertising options.
3. Fee Structure & Profit-Sharing Model:
o A clear breakdown of the proposed cost-sharing structure (full or partial cost coverage).
o Detailed profit-sharing methodology, specifying the percentage of advertising revenue to be shared with Cambodia Angkor Air.
o Terms of payment and proposed timelines for cost recovery and profit distribution.
4. Partnership Duration:
o Specify the proposed length of the partnership, between a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following key criteria:
· Creativity and Innovation: The originality and appeal of the proposed design and content.
· Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality publications.
· Cost-Effectiveness: Transparency and fairness of the proposed cost-sharing and profit model.
· Brand Alignment: How well the magazine’s design and content align with Cambodia Angkor Air’s brand values and target audience.
· Sustainability: Ability to produce and deliver the magazine consistently every two months.
