Job Descriptions
- To responsible for cash advance, advance payment, cash reimbursement, advance clearance from all functional departments.
- To monitor and updated travelling policies, cash control
- To make report of cash report balances daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- To conduct cash withdrawal from banks and alert to manager when cash in shortage.
- To control all Documents (IN & OUT)
- Fulfill the other duties assigned by FGM/DFM
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Finance and Banking.
- Abilities of and skills at team building and leadership;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Familiar with MS Office, Software of accounting, and other payment management
