About the Role:	We are seeking a meticulous and vigilant Crew Tracker to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the schedules of our cabin crew and pilots, ensuring that all flights are staffed correctly and in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:	Gather and organize all flight-related information, including flight schedules, aircraft rotations, and crew details, to prepare accurate daily flight crew schedules. Monitor and update weather conditions, aircraft status, NOTAMs, and other pertinent information, reporting to the duty manager to ensure smooth flight operations. Arrange transportation and accommodation for flight crew, and verify all required documents (licenses, passports, IDs, OPS books) are in order prior to flights. Prepare daily schedule reports and submit them to the Chief Ground Manager (CGM), while also supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.
What You'll Bring (Essential Skills & Qualities):	Bachelor's Degree. Previous experience in aviation is a plus. Proven experience in a crew scheduling, operations, or a similar role in the aviation industry. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with crew management software is a plus.

Requirements:	Hold a valid aircraft maintenance license (SSCA AMEL preferred) or meet the eligibility requirements for license issuance, with a minimum of four (4) consecutive years of recent certification and release experience under a national aviation authority–issued license on A320, ATR, or C909 aircraft types. Capable of independent fault diagnosis and technical decision-making. Knowledge of MEL, AMM, and safety management principles.
