Procurement Management: - Oversee the procurement process, ensuring that all goods and services are purchased following company policies, budget guidelines, and legal requirements.

- Evaluate and select vendors based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and manage inventory control procedures to ensure that all administrative functions are fully stocked with necessary supplies without overstocking.
- Track procurement expenses and provide regular reports to the senior management team, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Administration Function Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of administrative support functions, including office management, facilities management, and records management.
